Piccini Merlot Vino Rosso

Piccini Merlot is a red wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Piccini 1882 from 100% Merlot sourced from clay-rich Tuscan hillside vineyards with stone fragments. Hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, followed by controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is matured primarily in stainless steel vats with brief refinement before bottling. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-bodied and fruit-forward with red cherry, raspberry, and plum notes.
