100% Syrah from vines averaging 40-60 years old (some parcels up to 90 years) on stony glacial soils with galets roulés. Hand-harvested, hand-sorted, 100% destemmed, with 3-4 week maceration and daily pump-overs. Aged 12-18 months in French oak barrels (20% new), demi-muids, truncated cone vats, and concrete eggs. Features 13% ABV, certified AB Organic, and contains sulfites.
