NOI Sparkling Wine

Fratelli NOI Sparkling Wine is an Indian sparkling white wine produced by Fratelli Wines from a blend of Chenin Blanc and indigenous white varietals sourced from the Akluj estate. Crafted using the Charmat method for tank fermentation to preserve primary fruit aromatics and fine bubbles. Bottled at 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light-bodied and off-dry with green apple, pear, and tropical fruit notes.
