100% Pinot Noir from vineyards averaging 25 years of age on clay and limestone soils across the Côte d'Or. Hand-harvested grapes undergo traditional open-vat fermentation with 100% malolactic fermentation, followed by 10-12 months aging exclusively in stainless steel vats. Features 13% ABV, 50 hl/ha average yield, and contains sulfites.
