Hakutsuru Awayuki Sparkling Sake

Hakutsuru Awayuki is a naturally carbonated sparkling sake from Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., brewed with 100% Japanese domestic rice and mineral-rich Miyamizu water from Mount Rokko. It is bottled at 5% to 5.5% ABV in 300ml cobalt blue glass. The flavour profile features fresh rice, tropical fruits, creamy banana, vanilla, lychee, lime, peach, honeycomb, floral vanilla, and citrus peel.
