Hakushika Silk Junmai

Kuromatsu Hakushika Junmai Silk is a pure rice sake from Tatsuuma-Honke Brewing Co., brewed with 100% premium Yamadanishiki rice and mineral-rich Miyamizu water. It is bottled at 14.5% to 15% ABV in 720ml size. The flavour profile features white flowers, pear, sweet steamed rice, cocoa, malted cereal, baking spices, Fuji apple, jasmine, roasted hazelnuts, and vanilla.
