Gustave Lorentz Réserve Riesling Alsace AOC

100% Riesling from hillside vineyards around Bergheim, predominantly clay and limestone soils. Hand-harvested whole grapes are gently pressed, separated from free-run juice, and undergo 12-24 hour cold static settling. Fermentation uses natural and selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by two rackings and 6 months aging on fine lees. Features 12.5% ABV, 4.1-4.4 g/L residual sugar, contains sulfites, and is certified organic (Ecocert), vegan, and gluten-free.
