Grover Zampa Vijay Amritraj Reserve Collection Red is a premium Indian red wine produced by Grover Zampa Vineyards from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and a small percentage of Viognier co-fermented using the Northern Rhône technique, sourced from estate vineyards in Nandi Hills, Karnataka. Hand-picked blocks undergo temperature-controlled fermentation and extended aging in French oak barrels. Bottled at 13.5-14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-to-full-bodied and elegant with blackberry, plum, and spice notes.
