Danzando Monferrato DOC Bianco

Danzando Monferrato Bianco is a white wine from the Monferrato DOC appellation, produced by Famiglia Berta from a blend of Cortese and Arneis sourced from the Valbeccara vineyard at 280 meters elevation with west exposure and 20-year-old vines. Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled vats at 20°C. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light-to-medium-bodied and crisp with green apple, pear, and citrus notes.
