Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato DOC

Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato is a white wine from the Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato DOC appellation, produced from minimum 85% Cortese with up to 15% non-aromatic local white varieties sourced from limestone-clay marl and sandstone soils at 250-450 meters elevation. Grapes undergo soft pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with aging on fine lees for 3-5 months before bottling. Bottled at 11.5-13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light and crisp with green apple, pear, and white peach notes.
