Condesa de Leganza Rosado

100% Tempranillo sourced from estate vineyards. Grapes undergo a short 1-hour cold skin maceration for color extraction, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation at 16°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Wine is aged briefly on fine lees before cold stabilization and sterile bottling. Features 12.5% ABV and contains sulfites.
