Bouchard Père & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay AOC

Bouchard Père & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay is a white Burgundy wine produced by Maison Bouchard Père & Fils from 100% Chardonnay sourced from across Burgundy, including the Côte d'Or and Côte Chalonnaise. Grapes undergo pneumatic pressing and static settling, followed by alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged 8-10 months, primarily in stainless steel vats with 10-25% in French oak barrels. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and elegant with white fruit and floral notes.
