Ballantine's 17 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky produced by Pernod Ricard. It is crafted from a complex recipe combining over 40 to 50 distinct malt and grain whiskies, primarily anchored by signature single malts from Glenburgie and Miltonduff, aged in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. The whisky is presented at 40% to 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features wild honey, vanilla fudge, caramel, tropical fruits, pears, cereal malt, woodsmoke, toffee, cocoa, milk chocolate, white pepper, ginger, and cinnamon.
