Barton & Guestier B&G Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Barton & Guestier Réserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation, produced by Barton & Guestier from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards on clay, limestone, and gravel soils. Grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by alcoholic fermentation in vats with punch-overs twice daily at peak temperatures of 27°C. The wine employs micro-oxygenation before malolactic fermentation. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is fruit-forward with black fruit and spice notes.
