Rosé wine named from Italian "pink rose." Produced primarily from Sangiovese grapes (Zinfandel in some batches). Short skin contact of 48-60 hours achieves light blush hue. Fermented in stainless steel for 25 days below 15°C; aged 6 months in stainless steel (no oak). Multiple award winner. Bottled at 12.5-12.57% ABV. 750 ml bottle. Deep cherry pink appearance with violet/purple specs; medium-transparent salmon hue.
