Big Banyan Bellissima Late Harvest Muscat

100% Muscat grapes. Late harvest style: clusters left on vine to over-ripen and sun-soak, naturally concentrating sugars and aromatics. Fermented in stainless steel for 15 days below 15°C. Aged 3 months in contact with sun-dried raisins (no oak). Multiple award winner. Bottled at approximately 13-14% ABV. 375 ml half-bottle. Deep golden yellow appearance speckled with amber and subtle sunny highlights.
