Premium Japanese craft gin. Six signature Japanese botanicals harvested at peak seasonal flavor following Shun philosophy. Distilled using specialized methods: vacuum distillation (stainless steel) for delicate cherry blossom, copper pot stills for robust yuzu. Six-sided hexagonal bottle with Washi paper label, each side embossed with one botanical. Six Japanese botanicals: Sakura Flower (spring), Sakura Leaf (spring), Sencha Tea (summer), Gyokuro Tea (summer), Sansho Pepper (autumn), Yuzu Peel (winter). Eight traditional botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, angelica seed, cardamom, cinnamon, bitter almond, Seville orange peel. Bottled at 43% ABV. Standard 700 ml/750 ml bottle size. Completely transparent crystal clear water-white appearance with medium-to-heavy viscosity legs.
