Paul John Oloroso Select Cask

An ultra-premium unpeated Indian single malt whisky distilled from 100% indigenous six-row barley grown at the foothills of the Himalayas. It is initially aged in charred American white oak ex-bourbon barrels under Goa's extreme tropical climate, before being finished in specially selected Oloroso Sherry casks imported from Spain. It is non-chill filtered with 100% natural color and bottled at 48% ABV. The whisky presents a dark mahogany color. "Master Medal" winner at the World Whisky Masters.
