Paul John Nirvana Indian Single Malt Whisky

An entry-level unpeated Indian single malt whisky distilled from 100% indigenous Indian six-row barley sourced from the foothills of the Himalayas. It is matured entirely in charred Bourbon casks under Goa's intense tropical climate, which accelerates wood extraction and causes an annual evaporation loss of roughly 8%. It is non-chill filtered with 100% natural color and bottled at 40% ABV. The whisky presents a deep copper-gold color with brilliant clarity.
