Paul John Christmas Edition 2025

An 8-year-old limited-edition Indian single malt whisky distilled from 100% indigenous six-row barley grown at the foothills of the Himalayas. It undergoes a complex triple-cask maturation: first 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels, then 2 years split between Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, followed by a final year in Spanish Cream Sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered, naturally colored, and bottled at 48% ABV. Only 6,254 bottles produced worldwide. The whisky presents a deep amber color highlighted by glimmers of crimson gold.
