Armand de Brignac Brut Gold is a prestige cuvée Champagne produced by Maison Cattier, crafted from a multi-vintage blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier from premier terroirs across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne. The liqueur de dosage is aged for one year in French oak barrels before addition, with a minimum of 36 months of lees aging. It is presented at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features white peach, apricot, red berries, biscuits, buttery pastry, orange blossom, crystallized citrus, cherries, exotic fruits, lemon zest, vanilla, honey, toastiness, almond paste, and minerality.
