Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine produced by Cloudy Bay Vineyards in Marlborough, New Zealand. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on free-draining gravelly soils. Grapes are gently pressed and cold-settled before fermentation, primarily in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with select yeasts. A small percentage is fermented in old French oak vats. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features passion fruit, white peach, makrut lime, basil, elderflower, tomato leaf, lemon curd, stone fruit, and grapefruit skin.
