Avalon Chardonnay

Avalon Chardonnay is a California white wine produced by Avalon Winery in Petaluma, California, crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Lodi, Monterey, and Santa Barbara. A portion of the blend undergoes malolactic fermentation for a rounded mouthfeel, while the remaining portion is kept crisp. It is matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels alongside stainless steel tanks. The wine is presented at 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features green apple, ripe pear, pineapple, orange blossom, vanilla bean, baking spice, mango, yellow peach, citrus zest, butterscotch, lemon curd, and toasted oak.
