Don Romeo Blanco Tequila

Don Romeo Blanco is an unaged tequila produced by Casa Maestri in San Julian, Jalisco. Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave hand-harvested at peak maturity. Cooked in traditional stone masonry ovens combined with autoclaves, and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills. Bottled at 38% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features cooked agave, damp earth, mineral tones, white pepper, lime zest, pink grapefruit, vegetal, grassy, and herbal notes.
