Don Julio Blanco Tequila

Don Julio Blanco is an ultra-premium blanco tequila produced at Don Julio Estate in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco. Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave hand-harvested at 6 to 10 years of age. Agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens for approximately 72 hours and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills. Completely unaged and bottled immediately after distillation. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features cooked agave, citrus, lemon, lime, pink grapefruit, tropical fruit, herbal undertones, and black pepper.
