Don Julio 1942 Tequila Anejo

Don Julio 1942 is an ultra-premium anejo tequila produced at La Primavera Distillery in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco. Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in iron-rich clay soils and hand-selected at 7 to 10 years of age. Agave is slow-cooked in brick ovens, crushed with roller mills, fermented with proprietary yeast, and double-distilled. Aged for a minimum of 2.5 years in hand-selected American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features warm caramel, milk chocolate, vanilla, toasted oak, and roasted agave.
