Buen Amigo Tequila Silver

Buen Amigo Tequila Silver is a mixto tequila produced at Industrializadora Integral del Agave in Jalisco, Mexico. Formulated with 51% Blue Weber Agave sugars and 49% alternative sugar bases. The agave is cooked using continuous thermal hydrolysis, crushed with a mechanical disc mill, and double-distilled using a continuous column distillation process. Unaged and bottled immediately after distillation. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features earthy raw agave, lime zest, mineral undertones, white pepper, citrus peel, cooked agave syrup, and green grass.
