1800 Silver Tequila

1800 Silver is an ultra-premium tequila produced by Casa Cuervo in Jalisco, Mexico, made from 100% Weber Blue Agave matured for 8 to 12 years before harvest. It is double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills and uniquely rested for 15 days in select American and French oak barrels before bottling to smooth out the fiery edges. The tequila is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features sweet roasted agave, vanilla, fresh citrus, lemongrass, bell pepper, vanilla fudge, white grapefruit, sweet fruits, and cracked black peppercorns.
