1800 Anejo Tequila

1800 Anejo is an ultra-premium tequila produced by Casa Cuervo in Jalisco, Mexico, made from 100% Weber Blue Agave harvested at peak maturity between 8 to 12 years. It is double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills and aged for a minimum of 14 months, primarily in new French oak barrels with a portion in American white oak. The tequila is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features toasted oak, vanilla, caramel, nutty toffee, dried fruits, baking spices, subtle sweetness balanced by a hint of pepper, and a lingering warm finish with smokiness and oak.
