Rampur Double Cask Indian Single Malt Whisky

A non-chill filtered Indian Single Malt produced by Rampur Distillery in the Himalayan foothills of Uttar Pradesh. Made from 100% Indian six-row barley, traditionally malted and copper pot distilled. Matured utilizing a blend of American Oak ex-bourbon barrels and European Oak Sherry casks, with approximately two-thirds of the aging cycle in ex-bourbon and the remaining one-third finishing in sherry casks. Non-chill filtered to maintain rich texture and natural fatty acids. Natural color with no artificial coloring added. Bottled at 45% ABV in 750ml size. No age statement. The extreme seasonal temperature swings of the Himalayan foothills accelerate wood-spirit interaction for faster maturation.
