A flagship unpeated Indian Single Malt produced by John Distilleries in Goa, positioned as the foundational fruit-forward expression of the core range. Crafted using 100% indigenous Himalayan six-row barley harvested in Rajasthan and Haryana. Distilled in traditional long-necked copper pot stills and double-distilled. Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels for approximately 5 to 7 years under Goa's intense tropical climate, experiencing 8% to 12% annual Angel's Share loss. Non-chill filtered with no added caramel coloring. Bottled at 46% ABV in 750ml size. Features bright shimmering copper-gold appearance. No age statement.
