Paul John Bold Peated Whisky

A highly acclaimed peated Indian Single Malt produced by John Distilleries in Goa. Crafted from 6-Row Indian barley sourced from the Himalayan foothills, kilned over imported Islay peat bricks at approximately 25 to 35 PPM. Distilled in custom copper pot stills with long necks for fruitier spirits. Aged in American Oak ex-bourbon casks split between 1st-fill and 2nd-fill barrels. Matured rapidly under Goa's tropical climate with 8% to 12% annual Angel's Share evaporation loss. Non-chill filtered with no added caramel coloring. Bottled at 46% ABV in 750ml size. Features liquid copper-gold appearance. No age statement, estimated at 6 to 8 tropical years.
