Godawan 02: Fruit & Spice is an Indian single malt whisky produced by Diageo India in Alwar, Rajasthan. Initially aged in American ex-bourbon barrels, then matured in hand-selected Cherry Wood casks conditioned with Ayurvedic botanical washes of Rasna and Jatamansi. Non-chill filtered with natural color. Bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml size. The flavor profile features vanilla, fresh almonds, rose petals, dried mango, orange liqueur, toffee, candied figs, dry apricots, green apples, sweet cherries, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, creamy nougat, and light cocoa.
