DOAAB India Craft Whisky is a premium Indian single malt produced by India Craft Spirit Co. Expression 01 is made from 100% traditional Indian six-row barley using sustainable organic practices, aged exclusively in ex-Bourbon oak barrels. Non-chill filtered. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, dried dates, golden honey, vanilla, toffee, charred oak, nutty barley, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, baking spices, toasted almonds, spiced caramel, coconut, sweet oak, and black pepper. Awarded India Whisky of the Year 2025 and Bronze Medal at World Whiskies Awards 2025. Expression 02 is finished in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks.
