DOAAB Expression 02 is a limited-edition Indian single malt whisky produced by India Craft Spirit Co. in Behror, Rajasthan. Made from 100% sustainably sourced Indian six-row barley and matured in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks from Hokkaido. Non-chill filtered. Ultra-limited batch of 500 casks worldwide. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features fresh florals, vanilla, orange peel, star anise, ripe pear, orchard cherries, sandalwood, coastal driftwood, oak, orange zest, caramel toffee, cinnamon bark, baked apple, toasted sweetness, and burnt caramel. Awarded Gold Medal at The Spirits Business Global World Whisky Masters 2026.
