Bushmills 15 Year Old is a single malt Irish whiskey produced at the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim. Triple-distilled in copper pot stills. Aged for 14 years in first-fill and second-fill American ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a 12-month finishing period in Cognac casks. Bottled at 40% to 46% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features honey, vanilla bean, toasted oak, tropical fruits, caramelized fruits, dried apricots, dark chocolate, malted grain, and soft nuttiness.
