El Goru Red Wine

El Goru Red Wine is produced by Ego Bodegas in the Jumilla DOP region of Spain. A blend of Monastrell, Syrah, and Petit Verdot grapes harvested by hand. Each varietal undergoes separate fermentation with 15 to 20 days of skin maceration, aged for 4 months in American and French oak barrels. Certified vegan. Bottled at 13.5% to 14% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features black plum, black cherries, wild blackberries, vanilla, cinnamon, baking spices, mocha, and dark fruit.
