Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir

Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir is a dry red wine produced by Cloudy Bay Vineyards in Marlborough, New Zealand. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on clay-heavy soils in the Southern Valleys. Grapes undergo optical sorting and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open-top tanks with 3 weeks of skin contact. Aged for 11 to 12 months in French oak barrels with 30% to 40% new oak. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petals, vanilla, toast, Victoria plum, summer berries, and redcurrant.
