Antaraa Cabernet Shiraz

Antaraa Cabernet Shiraz is a well-balanced Indian red wine blend produced by Good Earth Winery in the Nashik region of Maharashtra. It is crafted from approximately 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Shiraz, with the Shiraz component aged for 6 months in French oak barrels before blending with the stainless-steel-fermented Cabernet. The wine is presented at 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features ripe blackcurrants, dark plums, sweet prunes, black pepper, wet earth, liquorice, roasted cocoa beans, seasoned oak, cassis berry jam, savory spices, dark chocolate, and dry spice.
