Baileys Original Irish Cream

Baileys Original Irish Cream is a cream liqueur produced by Diageo PLC, originally launched in Dublin, Ireland, in 1974. It is crafted from aged Irish whiskey and 100% fresh Irish dairy cream, using a patented emulsification process with cocoa butter to bond the dairy cream and alcohol molecules. The liqueur is presented at 17% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features milk chocolate, vanilla pods, sweet cream, toasted Irish malt whiskey, caramel, vanilla fudge, roasted coffee beans, hazelnut, and dark cocoa.
