Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin

Monkey 47 is a globally revered ultra-premium craft gin produced by Black Forest Distillers in Germany. Made from a neutral molasses-based spirit infused with soft local Black Forest spring water. Distilled in small batches using a combination of traditional maceration and vapour infusion via specialized Carter-Head stills, remaining unfiltered. Matured for 3 months in traditional earthenware vessels to harmonize the complex botanical bill. Features 47 distinct botanicals, roughly one-third harvested from the Black Forest, including local lingonberries, spruce shoots, sloe berries, elderflower, bramble leaves, fresh citrus, juniper, coriander, sage, angelica, cloves, cardamom, ginger, cubeb pepper, Ceylon cinnamon, lavender, jasmine, hibiscus, and honeysuckle. Bottled at 47% ABV in 500ml size.
