Jin Jiji India Dry Gin

Jin Jiji India Dry Gin is crafted from a 100% locally sourced rice-based spirit from the Kumaon region, distilled in small batches using a traditional Hungarian copper pot still with natural Himalayan spring water. Botanicals include wild-foraged Himalayan juniper, Macedonian juniper, coriander seed, black tea, tulsi (holy basil), chamomile, Indian lemon peel, cashew nut, cardamom, fennel, clove, angelica root, and orris root. It is bottled at 42.8% to 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile is known for its bright, citrusy juniper with herbal and spice notes.
