Jin Jiji Darjeeling India Dry Gin is crafted from a 100% wheat-based grain neutral spirit, distilled in small batches using a traditional copper pot still. Botanicals include FTGFOP1 black tea from the Jungpana Tea Garden in Darjeeling, wild-foraged Himalayan juniper, Macedonian juniper, coriander seed, Indian lemon peel, cashew nut, ginger, clove, and cardamom. It is bottled at 42.8% ABV (43% internationally) in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile is known for its tea-forward, spiced, and citrus character.
