Ballantine's 17 Year Old is a premium blended Scotch whisky produced in Scotland, crafted from four signature single malts: Glenburgie, Miltonduff, Scapa, and Glentauchers, matured predominantly in second-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels. The whisky is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features creamy vanilla, honey, ripe red apples, old leather, wood shavings, fresh-cut flowers, peat smoke, honeyed sweetness, vanilla fudge, dark chocolate, stewed plums, orange marmalade, licorice, creamy almond nuttiness, ginger, white pepper, and salt.
