Erdinger Weissbier is a traditional German Hefeweizen from ERDINGER Weißbräu, brewed since 1886 according to the Bavarian Purity Law with water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops, and yeast. It is composed of roughly 60% wheat malt and 40% barley malt, undergoing a secondary fermentation for 3 to 4 weeks directly in the bottle or keg. It is bottled at 5.3% ABV with 13 IBU. The flavour profile features ripe banana, sweet cloves, toasted white bread, citrus, pear, and bready malts.
