McDowell's No.1 Whisky is an iconic and globally recognized Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) blended whisky, manufactured by United Spirits Limited (USL), a subsidiary of Diageo. The brand is known for its smooth and mellow character, blending imported Scotch whiskies with selected Indian malts and grain spirits. The whisky is named after Scottish businessman Angus McDowell and was first launched in 1968.
