Bushmills 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey sits at the pinnacle of the distillery's permanent core range, sharing the signature unpeated triple-distilled DNA of the 12-Year-Old but undergoing an extraordinarily long sophisticated three-stage maturation process. Made from 100% malted Irish barley, 100% unpeated, with water sourced from Saint Columb's Rill. Triple-distilled in copper pot stills, then matured for a minimum of 19 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish European oak ex-Oloroso Sherry butts, before a final 2-year finishing period in rare Portuguese ex-Madeira fortified wine casks. Limited annual batches with each bespoke bottle individually numbered. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 Proof) in 700ml size. Features deep mahogany / dark amber gold color.
