Product Story & Guide
Amrut Fusion Single Malt Indian Whisky is produced by Amrut Distilleries Private Ltd. at their flagship facility in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, situated 3,000 feet above sea level. Named for its unique blend of ingredients, it combines 75% unpeated Indian barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas with 25% peated Scottish barley. The Indian and Scottish malts are distilled and aged independently in a mix of old and new American oak barrels, then brought together for a final 3 months in ex-bourbon casks before bottling. Due to Bangalore's intense heat and high altitude, the Angels' Share is roughly 11% to 12% annually, meaning the liquid matures roughly three times faster than in Scotland. Non-chill filtered with natural color preservation. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 Proof) for the global market in 750ml size. Features radiant golden yellow amber with heavy oiliness.
The latest price of Amrut Fusion Whisky in Hyderabad is approximately ₹4400. Please note that actual retail prices may vary slightly across licensed vends and government outlets depending on local state excise taxes.
