Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is produced at the historic Aberfeldy Distillery, founded in 1896 by John Dewar & Sons in Perthshire, Scotland. Made with water sourced directly from the Pitilie Burn, a natural stream celebrated for its exceptional purity and gold deposits, earning the whisky its nickname The Golden Dram. Patiently matured in a curated combination of Sherry, Bourbon, re-fill, and re-char oak casks under the direction of Malt Master Stephanie Macleod. Certified Kosher. Bottled at 40% ABV in 750ml size. Almost one-third of the liquid is lost to evaporation during prolonged wood maturation.
