Elijah Craig Small Batch is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon produced by Heaven Hill at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville. It is bottled at 47% ABV without chill filtration. The mash bill consists of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye. The whiskey is aged in new charred American white oak barrels with a Level 3 char and is composed of a blend of 8 to 12-year-old barrels. The profile features vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and baking spice notes.
